Good questions, straight answers.

Everything people usually ask before booking a quote. Can't see yours? Just get in touch.

Are your quotes really free?

Yes. We come out, look at the space and give you a written, itemised quote at no cost and with no obligation.

What does the quote process look like?

You send an enquiry, Owen calls to talk through your ideas, then visits to measure up and discuss options and budget. A written, itemised quote follows, usually within a few days.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of the job. We give you a realistic start date with your quote and stick to it.

Do you take on small jobs?

Absolutely. From a single garden bed or a new patch of turf to a complete backyard rebuild, no job is too small.

Do I need a council permit for a retaining wall or deck?

Sometimes. Walls above a certain height, decks above a certain height off the ground and structures near boundaries can require a building permit. We will tell you what applies to your job when we quote.

Can you work with my existing plans or designer?

Yes. We are happy to build from plans you already have, or help refine them so they work on the ground and on budget.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Bayside and service Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, including Kingston, Glen Eira, Monash, Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. See the service areas page, or ask us about your suburb.

How do payments work?

Larger jobs are paid in stages as work is completed, so you only pay for what has been done. Details are set out in your written quote.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance on every job, and we are happy to provide a certificate of currency on request.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

We do: weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonal visits to keep your garden looking its best year-round.

Still have a question?

Call Owen or send through a few details and he will get back to you within one business day.
